I love leopard print, but I don’t own any leopard print dresses.
On the other hand, I do own a leopard print scarf, so I thought I could use that to make a dress.
When I saw this scarf on sale for $3.99, I was intrigued.
It was a really nice, long scarf, and seemed like it could be put to a lot of good use.
I happened to be looking for some ideas for a DIY fall and so I got inspired to make a dress for fall and I loved the leopard print color combination!
The scarf was on sale at Zara so I had to buy it. I love the length and the shirred neckline.
And the fabric is a soft and cozy material.
Since I wanted a dress with a skirt, I used the front zipper closure.
I liked the idea of making a zipper closure even though I don’t own a sewing machine.
